My Secrets to Regaining Health

Updated: Mar 17

Post Hurricane Sandy has been a bit of a mess in the tri-state area.

Some of us lost electricity for a few days, but others lost so much more. I was one of the lucky ones. Although I had no electric or water at my home, my office was totally operational. With no clients, but a completely functional computer, I got busy.

In the week following Sandy, I was able to put together a small book My Secrets to Regaining Health. In this manual, I have shared many of the actions that I have taken to come back from the debilitating health challenges that come from chronic Lyme disease. The aspects that I discuss in the book are not common knowledge and this may explain why incurable chronic health conditions remain chronic.

My opinion is that there is no reason anyone should be labeled as incurable. That is what happened to me and obviously the doctors were wrong. There are many aspects to healing, and these cures don’t always come from a medication or neatly presented from the conventional medical field. Sometimes we need to look outside “the box” and find our own way. My book does exactly that.

Throughout the years, I have had a handful of patients seek me out only because they had heard about my ability to get out from under this Lyme nightmare. I have given them hope and insight when they felt lost. My Secrets to Regaining Health will do exactly the same thing.

Believing is seeing. When you believe you can be healed (regardless of what “the experts” say), you will see it. A paradigm shift is necessary. Educate yourself and be proactive in your own health. It worked for me and it can for you.
