This payment is a non-refundable deposit that will be applied to services rendered at your visit. We do not double book. Your appointment time is for you alone. Please fill out all new patient forms and bring them with you or come 20 minutes early to fill them out in the office.

One Hour Reservation
This is an appointment for all New Patients who would like an Exam & cleaning, X-rays Consultations or Second Opinion.
$100 non-refundable deposit
Two Hour Reservation
This is an appointment for all New Patients who would like to have dental work done in addition to their Exam & cleaning, X-rays Consultations or Second Opinion.
$205 non-refundable deposit
New Patient Comprehensive Visit
This is an appointment for all New Patients who would like to have and Exam, Cleaning, Full mouth of X-rays and Advanced Oral Cancer Screening. When you prepay at least 48 hours before your appointment, you will receive a complementary copy of Dr. Brand's two healing books.
$885 Comprehensive Visit with free gift
Broken Appointment Fee
To rescedule your missed appointment you must pay the Broken Appointment fee first.
You may call the office to pay via phone or pay here. There is a nominal fee of $205 if less than 48 business hours notice is given for any cancellation.
